These ETFs aim to create monthly income by using a synthetic covered call strategy on Meta Platforms Inc. and Alphabet Inc., respectively. ZEGA Financial manages both ETFs actively. The ETFs do not invest directly in META or GOOGL.

FBY and GOOY are the newest members of the YieldMaxTM ETF family, and they, like all YieldMaxTM ETFs, strive to provide investors with significant monthly income. FBY and GOOY join the existing YieldMaxTM ETFs, TSLY, OARK, APLY, NVDY, and AMZY.

The dividend Rate is the annual yield an investment would receive assuming the most recently declared dividend, including option income, stayed constant in the future. The Distribution Rate is computed by multiplying the distribution by twelve (12) and dividing the result by the most recent NAV of the ETF. The Distribution Rate shows the ETF’s single distribution and does not represent its overall return. Distributions may also contain a combination of conventional dividends, capital gains, and capital returns, which may reduce an ETF’s NAV and trading price over time.

As a result, an investor’s investment may incur substantial losses. These Distribution Rates may be the result of extremely advantageous market conditions, and they may not be sustainable. Such circumstances may no longer exist, and there is no reason to believe that this performance will be duplicated in the future.
